The importance of providing proper business income values to Liberty Mutual Property will be addressed in this module. This will be done through a review of how such values are obtained and introduction & completion of the new Business Income Worksheet.

Finally, a brief overview of the process involved in adjusting a business interruption claim will be discussed. Objectives for the initial claim review will be shared as well as the six steps involved in completing the adjustment.
